Ziyaret ücretine dair geçerli Kurumsal Yönetmelikler ve ilgili kurallar uyarınca; gidiş-geliş ulaşım seferlerinin kullanımından bağımsız olarak, Venedik kentinde ve Venedik Lagünü’nde bulunan küçük adalarda gece konaklamadan ve Cuma ila Pazar günleri arasında ya da resmi tatillerde tarihi kent merkezini ziyaret etmeyi planlayan günübirlik gezginlerden ilave bir ücret kesilecektir. Bu ücret, rezervasyon tarihine göre değişecek biçimde günlük 5,00 € ila 10,00 € olarak alınacaktır. Ödeme yapıldıktan sonra, turistlere onay belgesi (konfirmasyon) verilir. 14 yaşın altındaki çocuklar, Venedik kenti ve Veneto bölgesi sakinleri, Venedik’te çalışan veya eğitim gören kişiler bu ücretten muaftır. Ayrıca, gece konaklayan misafirler de, bu ücretten muaf tutulur ve konaklama tesisinde şehir vergisi ödemekle yükümlüdür.

Temizlik vergisi rezervasyon fiyatına dahil değildir ve otelde ayrıca ödenir.

Know Before You Go

• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.

• One child 3 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Late check-in fee for check-in between 8:00 PM and 12:30 AM (amount varies)
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 20.00 per stay

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: EUR 100.00 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and will be collected at the property. This tax does not apply to residents of Venice City and children under 17 years of age. Further exemptions may apply to patients and their companions, and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties, subject to the submission of proper documents to the property. A 30 percent reduction applies from 1-31 January.
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 4.00 per person, per night, up to 5 nights
• Destination fee: EUR 35 per accommodation, per night
• Cleaning fee: EUR 50 per accommodation, per stay
