You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please note that late check-in from 20:00 until 00:00 costs EUR 30, while check-in after 00:00 costs EUR 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that it is forbidden to make noise or invite guests after 22:00, following which strict actions will be taken. Please note that the apartment is located on the top floor while the elevator reaches the penultimate floor only.
