Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Charming Attic Niche in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property is located within a pedestrian-only zone. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours as follows: EUR 30 for arrivals between 19:30 and 22:00 and EUR 50 for arrivals after 22:00 and 00:00. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 00:00. Kitchen must be left clean and tidy, or a final cleaning charge of EUR 30 will apply.
