This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10 per person or bring their own. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 150 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Please note that a dog is permitted on request in the Double or Twin Room with Private Bathroom, but not in the apartment with balcony. For the Double or Twin Room with Private Bathroom, there is a surcharge of EUR 5 per night for bringing a dog. The dog must be house-trained and obedient. The shoulder height of the dog should not exceed 45 cm. The dog cannot be left in the room unattended. Please note that Charges (according to consumption) may apply when using the air conditioning.
