Reception opening hours from 11 April 2014 until 10 May 2015:

Sunday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00

Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00.

Closed on Wednesday.

From 11 April 2014 until 28 September 2014 and from 10 April 2015 until 10 May 2015, for stays of 7 nights or more the price includes accommodation, all taxes and charges (except local tax), bed sheets, towels (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel), 1 dish cloth and a bath mat, a TV and end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes).

Please note that the EUR 200 security deposit is due upon check-in by cheque or credit card.

Beds made upon arrival, mid-week housekeeping and a cleaning kit matching the number of occupants in the accommodation are available at an extra cost.

For stays from 2 to 6 nights, check-in takes place from 14:00 and check-out is possible until 17:00 (subject to availability - otherwise 12:00).

The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost

If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance.

Please note that the swimming pool is not heated and not supervised. It is open from mid-April to mid-September.

A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra charge. The kit includes: 1 cot,1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair. Subject to availability.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

Children under 13 years are not charged for the city tax. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
