Before arrival, the hotelier must clean and disinfect the hotel territory. A general fee is charged for cleaning, bed linen and making beds upon arrival. The refusal of these expenses obliges the tenant to return the apartment on the day of departure in the same condition as on arrival, namely: the apartment is cleaned and disinfected, sheets and bed linen have not been used and/or washed, ironed, folded and put in place. In case of refusal of payment for bed linen and cleaning and return of the apartment that does not meet the requirements, the tenant will be charged a fee of EUR 100.00 as an insurance deposit. On the day of departure, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in an acceptable condition. If all the dishes were disposed of incorrectly, the dishes were not washed or the apartment was not clean, the guest will be charged an additional cleaning fee of 50.00 USD.

This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Late arrivals after 20:30 are possible upon request depending on availability and will incur an extra EUR 10 fee per hour. In case of late arrival you will have to inform the property before 20:30 on the arrival day.
