Guests must complete a registration form at check-in and must be completed by the person who made the booking. This will confirm the acceptance of the property’s booking conditions, the cancellation policy, and that guests agree to allow the debiting of their credit card for any breaches of the property’s terms and conditions.

Please note that this hotel has a strict "No Party Policy". Guests or visitors found to be having parties in their apartment, creating excessive noise within the complex, or exceeding the maximum number of guests in their apartment, will be evicted without notice. No refund will be given and any further incidental costs incurred for damages to the property will be charged to the guest.

No pets are allowed. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged.

Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, however all glass doors must be closed.

Alpha Apartments reserves the right to debit your credit card or request payment in full for any outstanding charges that apply to your booking. This includes extra cleaning, rubbish removal, additional guests, extended stays, late checkouts, extra bedrooms occupied, smoking penalties, lost keys, swipes, remotes or padlock, callouts, repairs or damage to the property.
