Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).
Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.
Parties and noise are not allowed in the apartment after 11:00 PM.
Upon check-in to the apartment, the administration makes copies of the foreign passports of all guests, regardless of age (photo of the main page and the page with a stamp or visa) to issue a document on registration in Thailand (TM 30), a lease agreement is signed.
On the day of departure, guests are additionally charged for water and electricity meters (THB 55.00/cubic meter, THB 8.00/kW), final cleaning (THB 2000/3000/4000.00), depending on the number of guests and the square footage of the apartment. These costs can be deducted from the cash deposit made upon check-in, based on the current exchange rate.
Special living conditions
A deposit of 500.00 USD per stay will be required at check-in to cover any potential damages.
