Additional information
Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

ПЛАТЕЖНАЯ ПОЛИТИКА
На Вилле платежи принимаются только наличными (депозит, дополнительные расходы или дополнительные сборы).
В случае предоплаты только 50% при бронировании, остаток 50% должен быть оплачен только наличными в THB сотрудникам по прибытии на виллу.
ДЕПОЗИТ
По прибытии требуется гарантийный депозит в размере 35 000 THB или эквивалент в долларах США или евро. Залог должен быть оплачен только наличными, он будет возвращен гостю при выезде и в той же валюте.
Депозит гарантирует оплату всех повреждений, полученных при пребывании гостей. Все убытки будут указаны в присутствии гостей и менеджера виллы. Все расходы будут вычтены из депозита. Если сумма ущерба превышает сумму депозита, гость немедленно оплатит все расходы наличными Управляющему виллой.
Дополнительные дни могут быть взяты в случае доступности виллы и будут оплачиваться по ставке, применимой к этому периоду. Оплата производится только наличными в THB.
Дополнительное место предоставляется в формате двуспальной кровати.
Дополнительные платежи в случае повреждений за:
Любой сломанный объект, принадлежащий вилле.
Любой ущерб (оборудование, мебель, украшения, шторы, постельное белье или полотенца).
Любая потеря полотенца, ключей от виллы или спален, постельного белья оплачивается сразу же при выезде или во время пребывания.
