From start to finish (reservations to check-out) everything was great. Ms. Nattha facilitated my reservations along with her staff (Pook) to get me a great rate for my long stay of 15 days along with an upgrade. At the check-in counter Apple, Chotima(O), Tiana and others looked after me very well which made me feel special. I went to be with family for the birth of my grandson. The location was very convenient to the condo they were living in. In fact the location of the hotel was only a 6-7 minutes walk to the main street Sukhumvit. The hotel provided complimentary shuttle service to nearby areas including the BTS station Nana and Terminal 21 mall from 7 am to 8 pm. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of variety. The service was also excellent. The host Base and hostess Little made sure I was looked after well. The servers Bom, Seth and others were very responsive as well. I happened to be there on my birthday and as I finished breakfast Apple, Chotima and Little surprised me by singing Happy Birthday for me, which was very nice. I had an opportunity to eat at Holli Bolli on the 9th floor, next to the pool. It was good. That day it not only rained, it poured but was lovely seeing the heavy rain. The shuttle driver and bell boys were all helpful and friendly. Sorry don’t remember their names. Maybe Hero and Pek. Not sure. Overall I had a great stay and would go back.
