Very good
48 reviewsPacific hotspring is close to these two attractions - hot spring & fishing village. We love the village and enjoyed the seafood there (read my review on 'Sanming Gourmet'). We didn't go to the hot spring but friends in our group loved it. Personally, we won't come here for the sea. As for the hotel, the lobby is modestly fitted out. The reception staff are youthful & helpful but English is not widely spoken. We love our room on the 8th floor (top floor) which was a corner room. The living room was spacious with sofa, TV + square table with 4 chairs. The bedroom was quite fantastic, with two queen size beds and great linen beddings/pillows + writing desk. There is a sliding partition for the bedroom. Both the bedroom & living room have a view to the sea! (from where we watched a typhoon went by!) We like the large security box. We did have one hiccup - the air-cond water drain pipe was blocked and overflowed, but was repaired quickly. The highlights were the taiwanese breakfasts. It was quite amazing, the preparation, spread, long room setting, the movements, coffee machine & the sea view!
