Excellent stay for only 1 night. No issues checking in or with services.

Is a small typical sandwich for B&B breakfast in new Taiwan city?. I shocked no window and extremely low ceiling room.

Very convenience location and all the staffs are very helpful and friendly

This B & B's  location, 200 m from Ruifang train station, makes it an excellent choice for those using Ruifang a base to visit the interesting old small towns in this area, like JIufen and Shifen.  Ruifang is in between Jiufen and Shifen. There is a direct local train to/from Taipei city and  Shifen and a direct bus to Jiufen.
Important note: Be sure to inform the management on your time of arrival. They are best contacted by FB Messenger. Arring home one night, we met 2 Japanese girls who were stranded outside the B & B and calling their parents frantically!  
There is a small night market down the road and an excellent Food Court further down with awesome fried oyster egg. (O a chien).  
Request for early check in was "no problem". Our host was a lovely young chap. "Call me Xiao (small) Chao." Breakfast was most filling,  and consisted of of fruit and a meat patty plus omelette sandwich. 
Our Deluxe Room was rather small but, due to the economical use of the space, we had space for all our luggage and were rather comfortable for our 2 night stay. (We were out most of the time.)  We slept soundly in the rather soft bed. It had a ledge all around for our small stuff. Wi fi was ok. (But we bought our own sim card at the airport! NTD500 for 10 days unlimited data and local calls.)
The only window was in the bathroom, so you could actually leave the bathroom door open if you are the type that really needs to have a window.  All the amenities you need including good coffee machine, fridge and stove top in communal kitchen. 
Tip: Most of the people we met in the smaller Taiwanese towns did not speak much English. Shop signs of local shops are only in Chinese. Get a photo shot of your hotel name and address in Chinese as even taxi drivers in the may not know the English name (even in Taipei!).

Great location but DO contact the management before you arrive

Take a family room with two queen bed. Limited spaces to open luggage. Due to the design, bath room will always be wet. No daily cleaning. Breakfast will be provided with food from local sellers. Better to arrange time for checking. Close to ruifang station and bus station. A good place as a base to explore Jiu Fen and Pingxi Line

It is a nice local near the train station with a five-minute walking.

Really friendly owner and the room was really clean and beautiful. Will visit again!

New and Comfortable B&B

It's convenient well located in Ruifang. Host is friendly and very helpful.. Had even help to secure transport for us during a rainy day. Will definitely stay here again.

Modern Cozy B&B

Certainly worth the stay at the modern design duplex room. The corner terrace is divided into few areas, front entrance and dining area, pantry and hall, rooms on 2 levels. Sliding doors to room.. Attached shower facilities. All essential items are provided. It's a good rest point to explore around the vicinity. It's pretty near to Ruifang Train station.

Only minutes walk to Ruifang train station, very convenient location for getting around Jiufen & ShifenThe house design is very pleasing but the room is too small. And the sound proof is very bad, can hear loud foot steps when upstairs people walking.Bed is very soft kind, suits those who like very soft bed.
