Due to government regulations aimed at reducing waste, starting from January 1, 2025, hotels in Taiwan will restrict the use of disposable toiletries (such as shower cap, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, etc.). Guests are encouraged to bring their own items.

Due to the property is using self check-in / self-service system, please contact the property in advance if required to avoid any inconvenience upon check-in.
Guests are required to provide the estimated check-in time. This can be noted in the Special Requests section upon booking.
Late check-in after 11:00 PM is subject to availability and will be subject to an additional charge of TWD 180 per person.
Pets are strictly prohibited at the property, with the exception of guide dogs.
