Stayed her for a few days in October 2022. Was advertised as a hotel with restaurant. In fact its really the opposite. Its really a restaurant with a few rooms that did not offer inclusive breakfast or meals. 

During my visit the restaurant was  not open most Days and certainly not at breakfast time.  So you needed to find your breakfast somewhere in town. Not really my idea idea of a hotel.

Rooms were a bit dated and could use some renivation wiek. The room only prices was by no means cheap either.

Don't think I will hurry to make another trip

Not do much a hotel with restaurant

I was just looking for a room with a bed and a shower, and that's all I could find, at a fair price, but when I checked in late at night at the pizzeria, if I'd almost succumbed to the temptation of the smell, I wouldn't have been so tired.

Expectations are 100% met

The staff are nice, but no professionals, and they didn't tell us that there was going to be a party under the tapes that night, with loud music and crazy noises at two o'clock in the morning, a real nightmare, a very basic room, but without the nightclub downstairs, it could be enough for one night.

The room and the location are very nice and it was extremely easy to reach. However our receptionist was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. He seemed very fed up with everything and it was kind of a bummer.

Mediocre

A little disappointed in this hotel, the price/quality ratio is not at the appointment. We had a penthouse room: very warm. We had to sleep with the window open but it's a little noisy outside at 5am. The overall atmosphere of the room/bathroom is quite brief. The breakfast is disappointing. Otherwise the cleanliness is at the appointment and the comfortable mattress. And the top location that allows easy access to the nightclub. Plus nothing to say about the staff who was at the top and gives very good advice.

Correct overall but no more

It's a great service. I got a gluten-free menu made for me. It tasted great. It would have been another meal planned for a gluten-free pizza. The chef would have cooked extra again. Unfortunately, I had to leave urgently.

Pizza for lunch. - Menusalate only with a watered sauce - The salami on the pizza (5 plates) was charred, not fresh. Tastes rancid - The salami lacked the spice - The service was nice, but can't compensate for the damage - This restaurant is not recommended for pizza.

We were four and had a meeting before dinner. Orders: wine instead of a bottle, the overwhelmed waiter wanted to bring four glasses (for 10 guests, including us). A pizza was rather small than normal. A dessert was an apricot bed instead of hot berry.

Not recommended

On Easter Monday we visited the Pizzeria Primo Amore at the Hotel Restaurant Lötschberg. We ordered a pizza Gamberoni and a pizza Amore Mio. Both pizzas were very well prepared and tasted excellent! The service was very friendly and attentive. We were served quickly and well. We can highly recommend the pizzeria!

The people that work in the hotel are great. Helpful with recommending places to see. Good breakfast. 
The hotel is quite old, and has been updated a while ago  But rooms are still old. Shower is small. No air conditioning - but we had a corner room so even though daytime highs were around 30s Celsius, it was comfortable at night. 

If i was rating based on the hotel condition (front door was broken - filled with plywood ), and the age of the property, i"d give 3stars. But attitude and helpfulness and recommendations of the people that work there is 5+ stars. So overall rating 4*
