Nice structure, friendly and available owners. They also speak good Italian. Dog friendly so no problem with Vs dog. Wide green spaces across the road to the lake for nice walks. Comfortable for Lucerne with free tickets and stop in front of the hotel. Good breakfast. Only new outside noise if you keep the window open. For the rest I highly recommend it.

Robert checked us in and made our breakfast. He was very helpful in recommending adventures and places to eat. Our room was large and airy with a lovely view. We were a short walk from the train stop and a bus stop was right out front, so very convenient for travel.

A Lovely Room and Attentive Service

Very warm family hotel! it's nice! speaks French also spacious room and large bathroom with large shower. Shower product available, dry hair also. plenty of room in the cabinets. Mosquito on the window. free parking and we were able to leave the car the same after checking out! at the time of booking we received the Lucerne guest card allowing us to travel by bus free and with discounts at some museums bus stop right next to the bus every 15 minutes. Full and fresh breakfast served by the boss (egg, cold meat, cheese, butter, jam, yogurt, cherries, croissants, silk bread, tress, orange juice) We will return to Lucerne if we return to Lucerne!

warm family hotel

Large room, nice view, very old fashioned, extremely noisy, along a heavy traffic road. They do not seem to realise that the whole hotel has an unpleasant smell of lack of fresh air. So if you open the window, you hear the noise and if you close it the room smells unpleasantly.

Forget it if you intend to sleep

From the outside and in the breakfast area a house with character. We were very friendly and all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. The rooms were friendly and bright and so was the bathroom. It seemed to have been renovated not too long ago. There are parking spaces in the house. The breakfast was good in a conservative manner with service and with the note if more is desired - to give notice - excellent.

The hotel is very well located and very clean. The reception was super friendly and all the explanations were given in French.:) Very complete breakfast. Since we were leaving early, the owner agreed to serve lunch an hour early.

Very accommodating host when we had car trouble and had to delay our booking by a day. Excellent communication and very welcoming.
Very comfortable, large, clean room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Lovely location and views. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable room for four people,continental breakfast abundant and very kind and caring staff.Essential, clean and somewhat dated rooms.

Comfortable and welcoming ghastaus

The hotel is on the outskirts of Lucerne (that's why I didn't put the 5 stars in location, but just before arriving they gave you a QR code with which you can catch all public transport in Lucerne with many possibilities. So thanks to that, as soon as we got to the hotel we left the car and didn't touch it until we finished our stay and that's what we enjoyed very much. In 15 minutes by bus we were in the city center. The check-in was perfect, very attentive, professional and helped us a lot with the excursions to the area. The guy (son of the owners as we understand) knows several languages, including Spanish and that helps a lot.

The perfect accommodation to discover Luzerna and its surroundings.

The hotel is quite close to LUZERN.
We arrived with a private car so occasionally we drove to LUZERN for restaurants and hang out and also to walk around.
Its advantage is that there is free adjacent parking for hotel guests.
Those arriving without a car have a bus to LUZERN right at the entrance of the hotel.
It is a cozy family hotel, with very large rooms.
