This hotel should be closed. The owner does everything he can to take your money and doing absolutely nothing in return. AN ORDINARY THIEF. Being an hotel owner requires hospitatlity skills. After mentioning that it is not normal to take a few hundered euro from a customer and doing absolutley nothing in return he start to shout. A very comon tactic for criminal people. I hope he is happy with my € 326

Criminal owner

ch was on the 26th of August 2017 in this house I had booked a single room but the confirmation for a double room at 148.50 Fr was agreed, shortly before arrival I got a phone that I can't have this room but an egg room with community bath and community toilet for 78 francs I said there was nowhere else one room was free. what I experienced then was a scandal for Swiss relations. room one can't say it was a 4 m2 large storage room with defective lavabo a lot of neat bed that was displaced 20 cm above my head.

I was in this house on August 26, 2017, it's a shame for Switzerland

The furniture was scuffed and outdated. The carpet was stained in multiple places. Bathroom floors had dirt in the corners. Shower didn’t drain properly. Towels were stiff and damp. I do not recommend. 

Bad hotel

We had booked 2 double rooms and were overclassified in an apartment. At first glance, this one gives a good impression. Nice new kitchen, small living room with a cozy TV, 3 large rooms and 2 bathrooms. After the first step of the discovery, we went down to the ground. The bathroom on the ground floor has a bathroom where it is not possible to shower standing up because the ceiling is too manned. In the second bathroom, there is a shower but the water is hard to drain and we were afraid of a flood. The heating pipe gives the impression that the apartment was not upstairs. Apart from putting the finishing room and the lake, the bathroom didn't seem to have been left in the right place, but the room was very clean, and we were able to sleep in it. The bathroom was very safe and we had a very good view.

False Good Impression

We slept here for 3 hours, after a music festival, so it served its purpose. It's a drab place with old furniture. The bath had a shower with no curtain and with its slanting roof, was ok to stand up in if you're a small child! This "hotel" is terribly neglected, which is a shame because it has potential. The sun blinds on the terrace are torn and dirty. We had no blinds or shutters in the bedroom. The carpet at the top of the stairs wasn't fixed to the floor, could be very dangerous. I could go on. Just generally unloved, shabby  and sparse. The welcoming dustbins at the entrance are delightful! The owner should be embarrassed to run an establishment that looks like an 80's youth hostel, and call it a guest house. Breakfast at 15 chf was fairly priced, don't expect much though. I wouldn't recommend this as a holiday hotel, actually I wouldn't recommend it at all!

You definetely dont get what you pay for! We have stayed in cheaper and better places all over the world. The high room rate is shocking for what you actually get,
Rooms are old, holes in the wall, dirty carpet, broken furniture, touch up paint jobs , Tv not working, Wifi not working. No help received after complaining, total ignorance by management. Not sure what the purpose of the hotel or business is, certainly not offering good prices, nice accommodation or at least giving great service - none of the mentionned.

Waste of Money

Mostly don't go there it's the horror it's all dirty ugly, the reception awful, the restaurant is closed but it smells like the wrong kitchen all over the hotel.

We were offered a free upgrade to a four-room apartment with sea view at the price of the two double rooms we originally reserved. Already walking through the unfinished annex building (with a thousand spiders on the walls) gave us a funny feeling. Then we were suddenly in a kitchen (presumably recently renovated, but not well-equipped) when we realized that this was already our apartment. The entire apartment was staffed, except for the beds in the bathrooms, a table with 6 rooms in the living room and a few restrooms, unpacked - so no bathroom, no TV, no other stables. But the room had to be set up three bedrooms (not three to six), a bathroom for 1 person per night, and a bathroom for 1 person per night.

Unfurnished, poor and sporadically renovated apartment

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting on the shore of Lake Thune. The common areas are very nice. The room with its small flowery balcony overlooking the lake. What bothered me was the carpet all stained the absence of TV and a very weak Wifi connection. All this for 125 frs at night without breakfast since we still have to settle for 30 frs the next day for the two small deeds.

It's a shame.

When we arrived, the receptionist informed us that he assigned us a higher standard room without us asking for it. The room was at the adjacent Seeblick hotel. The two hotels cooperate when needed. The room had no air conditioning or fan. The temperature that day was over 30 degrees and the room was in full sun. In addition to not sleeping in the heat we had wedding guests until three o'clock in the evening talking and drinking on the square under the room. We also paid 10 CHF extra for the dog without a bowl being made available to us. The total cost with breakfast was 206.50 CHF. Exaggerated for service is the room.
