Excellent food such as the Panna Cotta desert on chocolate fudge, very nicely presented, the in-between a mint sorbet ( wow very intensive) and naturaly the veal and ,gratin,.
It was lovely to be in this elegant room, sitting on comfi chairs- very nice atmosphere without being hoiti- toity😀
And smooth service - what do you want more? And for all who have car: just across the street is a big Parking. Or from Zurich main train station direct SBahn with bus/or 8 min walk.
Its worth the travel

Excellent cuisine in Zürich Oberland!

Actually, we wanted to enjoy our graduation at the Lion's Inn. However, we were not informed that we would have to have a minimum order value and we could only be there until 12:30 p.m. It was 11:40 p.m. and I felt fucked up. I know some restaurant owners and they don't beg for money.

Lunch

We had 2x the wild menu and 2x from the map. All four of us were excited about the presentation, quality and preparation of the food. The wine recommendation was the absolute hit. The service is excellent discreet and at the same time attentive. We can only recommend the lions and come back guaranteed!!!

Excellent cuisine and service

Business lunch. All flawless. Fine lunch menus with friendly quick service. BUT: Rural prices cheerful. For 1 litre of tap water over 10, it's not going to go away.

Flawless but quite expensive

We had the pleasure of having the lions of Rita & Domenico Miggiano and, of course, the entire crew pamper ourselves in the inn. Since we are both big fans of this kitchen, we were totally excited about the form and taste of the artworks being presented at the Apriori. And yes, our expectations were far exceeded... brought to the point heavenly and honestly!

This is the perfect place to stay, even if you're only waiting for the flight the next day. The quaint outdoor patio is relaxing, with great service. The indoor lounge is fun. There is also a comfy cigar lounge upstairs if you like cigars, and scotch, this is the place to hang out. In the evenings, the local folks come and hang out, which gives it a nice family feeling, many speak English, so you can hang out with them. The owner is amazing, very knowledgeable, fun and generous. Do you want some delicious food? Well, this is the place, it is all fantastic, big plates to fil any belly. There is a take-out chicken kitchen on the premises as well, and I tell you, first class eats. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast - the best fresh croissants that I've ever had. I would definitely stay again.

I stayed one night at this hotel for a business trip. Very kind and caring staff, very spacious room with all amenities including free and very fast Wi-Fi.

Good treatment

We booked the family room, a large and stylishly furnished room in the attic. The bed for our children (ages 8 and 10) was a little short from the square, but it was okay for one night. The breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the cereal and yogurt in the wake-up glasses. I would also like to mention the extremely friendly staff.

Nice room, delicious breakfast

We were invited to the lions' house for breakfast and enjoyed a very good meal. The menu was very selective and varied. All the courses were very good, the dessert was excellent. There are not a few places where, despite the very good cuisine, you can also get an excellent dessert, here you can find it! We also stayed at the hotel and slept very well. The room was very large and everything was very clean. The service and care provided by the staff of the house was very personal, open and friendly. A house that you can recommend. I would go again.

Very personal and very good food

...for an appointment nearby we arrived unprepared in the lions, which was a surprise: we were immediately warmly welcomed by the boss.
