Excellent experience

A hidden gem behind a brown door inside the city walls. A quiet spot. Clean and well organised rooms an kitchen,  with the classic cosy, green courtyard. Good system for safety. Luckily Gotland has the most sunny days of the Year in all of Sweden. So really make use of the outdoor space. 

Perfect location inside the city walls 

Liked · Clean, and spacious, Few guests this time of year, so we could use the kitchen for dinner with relatives. Central location. Efficient way to get the key and leave the room. Good blankets and sheets for the bed.

Disliked · Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Eggs, Swedish caviar to the egg ("Kalles kaviar"), butter, cheese, and frozen bread in the freezer (which were fine). But no Yoghurt (or similar) with müsli and berries/fruits. No coffee or tea. No juice. We had to go out and buy additional stuff for our breakfast.
One of the rooms was very cold in the kitchen and toilet. Had to put blankets on the floor to be able to walk there. Tried to contact Mullbergsgården through the phone (answering machine) and Booking.com (but no answer) Had the same cold 2nd night.
No cork-screw for our wine bottle.
No soap in our room (but we brought our own)

Good location, but be prepard to buy additional breakfast

The B&B is located inside the walls and close to the water (just outside the walls).
The house/houses are old, but nicely kept. The buildings and the garden is very charming. We had a great (very small) room with ocean, wall and garden view - from our balcony. That was great. You prepare your own breakfast and put on the bed clothes yourself. Quite expensive compared to other places we stayed.

Charming B&B with excellent location

Yes, high value for money but to be sure to get a good price for the room You have to book in advance. The location is inside the wall and a shot distance from the intense tourist life. This B&B has a nice garden and You can swim just outside the wall. And as most B&B You serve yourself the breakfast.

High value for money

I have made a very nice visit in Mullbarsgarden, central Visby, Gotland, Sweden. The rooms are small but very comfortable. Here you can enjoy your morning in the surrounding of a historical view, the world heritage of Visby Town Wall is just beside you in the garden area. Just a few steps away you can find the sea and many paths to walk around in this beautiful romantic city.

Very nice accommodation in historical enviroment

We stayed for one night so did not see much but the house was nice and the room was ok. The breakfast was supposed to be included but we did not find much from the fridge, only milk products and eggs. We had breakfast in the hotel close by.

Lovely place for a short stay

This b&b enjoys a great location and is a blissful spot with a delightful garden in the lovely village of visby. Our room was very quiet, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable although I was expecting a double rather than a twin bed. The bathroom was also quite roomy, but as the shower was only shielded by a curtain every shower turned the room into a mess. Could have been a bit cheaper considering the lack of hosts on site and having to prepare your own breakfast, but the stay was overall entirely pleasant.

Neat self accommodation at excellent location

Be aware that this is a selfservice place. The location is nice and the rooms ok, but it is not worth the price of an expensive hotel. 

It was said to have a wifi, but it did not have it.

If you pay 1850 SEK for a night and you are asked to change the linens yourself and make yourself a simple breakfast, then it is really disappointing! 

The place is more like a nice youth hostel and the price should be around that level.
