A friend and I stayed at this hotel and it was really nice. Modern, very clean room, housekeeping, beach towel. The location is ideal 5 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes walk from the center. The staff are so kind, smiling and always ready to help. It was a wonderful weekend down there.

The weekend in Trincommalee

Large and clean rooms, functional in layout and furnishings, above average in the area (magnetic keys and Wi-Fi working perfectly). The air conditioner is silent, while the sound insulation between the rooms could be improved...but it is a particular thing that, in this area of Sri Lanka, is not relevant!

It's a lovely stay.

I have went to this hotel with my family friends along with my family. Friendly staff with very warmly welcomed. Nice rooms, good food friendly service. I am recommend this place to everyone who visiting this area.

Family visit

The rooms are very clean, with a very clean and pleasant bathroom and not too expensive. The hot water with high shower pressure. The hotel staff is very pleasant, and responsive. The laundry service is cheap. The hotel is 5 minutes from the turquoise beach. I highly recommend this place.

A Western-style hotel

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. A quiet place to relax after a long day.  Excellent very friendly staff. Room service was very prompt as I was so happy to have a nice cup of coffee at 6.30 am .

Excellent hotel closer to town, since I had to participate few meetings in town.

We booked this hotel mainly due to the location - in the centre of town close to the shopping areas and stayed 3 nights. We found it was also within walking distance of the local beach, Fort Frederick and the Koneswaram temple. Also what we didn't realise is that there is another trendy beach area at Uppuveli Beach which was easy to get to from the hotel by Tuk Tuk or by walking. This hotel has a sister hotel there with pool and spa facilities - however we ran out of time to visit there. Our hotel was modern with a double and single bed in our room and we requested early morning tea delivered to the room with no problem. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we ate there one night. Breakfast is served on the front courtyard and dinner is also served there. However on the night we ate there it was a religious festival and no alcohol was allowed at the front so they accommodated us on the upstairs lounge area where they served dinner and drinks without problem. I think generally alcohol is not served here but there is no problem to bring your own back to the hotel. 
One small point - the hotel only accepts cash - no credit cards - which we were aware of and we were able to pay in both USD and local currency.

Excellent hotel in the centre of town

I have been to this hotel with my friends and family,they gave us a very warm welcome. Specially  the front office staff were really nice to us they gave us a clear introduction about the hotel and the important places which are around this area.Big thank goes to Ms.Mistika she was  very nice to all of us.Food ,rooms everything was beyond our expectations.i highly recommended this to anyone who visiting this area for relaxation.we will be back  to this place definitely. SEE YOU SOON .

Best place to stay in Arugambay

Our recent stay at hotel was wave was awesome he room was comfortable, decorated nicely and was super clean. . The staff were very nice and friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. I loved it

Best midrange hotel I've ever stayed

Mid range hotel in central Trincomalee.  Small hotel with just 5 rooms - we had 4 of them when we stayed so it felt quite exclusive.  Rooms are well appointed and comfortable.  Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful - breakfast was cooked to order.
No pool but they have a sister hotel (Amaranthe Bay in Nilaveli) which is of a better standard and has a great pool and excellent restaurant - well worth the 15 minute ride in a tuk tuk.

Great mid range hotel

I strongly recommend this hotel we found by chance while we were looking for a restaurant. When we found it we left the place where we were to stay here. And... since we thought to stay just a night in Trinco... we decided to stay two nights :) Ps: not far from nice Hindu temples (Sri Pathr and Kandaswamy) and the Fort and Koneswaram Kovil. Also the bus station is not far. For Italians: the low temples offer, the Waves were the turning point. Very clean rooms, hearty, and blue food.
