We were looking for a place with kitchen and by chance looked at this property. It was end of season, so looked like owner was done for the summer. Place had to be cleaned, and we were thinking to stay here or in the Eliz guest house. We went for Nature inn, and this was great decision. Owner Krishna was really great and dadicated lot of time to us, which we couldn't even expect. He did cook for us as well had taken us to the market and to the beach. Very interesting personality with great vision and thinking of the development of farmership and Agriculture. Different from many people trying to rip you off. I am not sure about bad reviews here, our expirience was outstanding so far. May be place is not ideal and needs some good cleaning, but this is minor compared to great attitude of owner, nature around us and atmosphere. I would only recommend this place.

Very friendly owner, great time, great place

We staied there just for one night but was a great night. Good sleep and also beautiful know people like Krishnaa and his family. They are super kind and offered us real ospitality. If you want, they can cook also fresh and taste food. The beach is very close,  just 4minutes by walk. 


Good place with good people 

Many guesthouses and hotels in and around Trincomalee were already fully booked and we were glad that we find out that there were still a few rooms available in this Guesthouse on Agoda. However, when we were on our way to Trincomalee, we received an email from the manager that the hotel was overbooked but he would find us another room of at least the same value and the same distance to the beach. 

When we arrived at the guesthouse with out Tuk Tuk, he told us that we had to ask our driver to bring us to another accommodation what was of a friend of the manager. He would come very soon after he finished some thing he had to do first. 

The good thing of this new accommodation was that it had airco rooms, but that was the only positive side. It were just a few rooms next to each other without any atmosphere, it was also further from the beach and we also hear from a guest that it was cheaper than the room we booked (Nature in guesthouse).

We told the manager of this accommodation we preferred to stay somewhere else and ask him to call the manager of Nature in Guesthouse. After waiting for almost 1 hour in the middle of the sun after 4 hours travelling, he finally arrived. When I told him we expected something similar to his accommodation and of equal value his mood changed and he became very angry that I asked how much the room rates were at this alternative accommodation. This was not my business and he also had to cover the commission he had to pay to Agoda so according to him it was of equal value. 

I never had an argument with anyone in Sri Lanka since they were all very friendly. However this time we ended up in an argument were he did not want to offer something else and according to him it was very impolite that we didn't accept his offer. 

After all we left to find another accommodation ourself which is not easy when almost everything is fully booked. Luckily we found something, but we wasted almost our whole afternoon.

We have experienced this overbooking problem again with another accommodation  during our trip but in contrast to Nature Inn Guesthouse, they were very kind and we agreed to a good solution.

Maybe it is a good accommodation if there are still rooms available, but don't expect to much extra service or effort of this manager from Nature Inn Guesthouse.

The Guesthouse was overbooked but finding a room of equal value wasn't the managers priority.

The benefits go to social assistance for the disabled.Krishna, the manager, is great.He has helped us with everything, given advice on prices, and we have always noted a lot of sincerity in it.We hope to be able to help you in some way from Spain.We have been very well taken care of.The room is fine, the bed is 1.30 and it's just for two people, but everything is very clean.It's a pleasure to have found this site and also contribute to a good cause.
