The rooms are dirty, the mosquitoes are dark, the whole area of the hotel is flooded with rain, we had to walk on our knees in the water.

Eat it

When we arrived, a party at the hotel was demolished, the sound of a hammer, the hotel in refurbishment, no water, the rooms are infested with mosquitoes, the bathrooms, a horror, dirty, nothing to put things down, our coast street rooms extremely noisy (no windows in the bathroom) the pool in the middle of the work, the worst address of our stay, banished even for a few hours (we were in transit, plane at 3am!!)

It's all just horrible.

The hotel is old and not very well maintained, the staff is very friendly, and if you wish, they'll be there for you.

One night in this hotel was largely enough, and in the first room we were offered, the toilets were dirty and the bathtub was broken, and after negotiations we were transferred to another room that was more spacious but barely cleaner.

We stayed in Negombo at Silva's Beach Hotel in January 2016.Okay, very happy.On the hotel's grounds there's a beautiful nature,and the mansion that cleans up,generally MOLODES,every day.spoons,pours,super.In the restaurant,the boys,pleasant.Everyone smiles, (doesn't know English),but they communicated in human language,and everything was fine.The friends understood.The young people.The tour operator had an Exotic Holly Dees,Chulaka, a good guy who speaks Russian, we had a translator.He always helped us.At any time of the day.On the street we always met by chance.Something happened with a very good ex-speaking man,Rohan, who gave you a great tour of the land.A.J.J.J.R.J.J.R.J.

A wonderful vacation in Sri Lanka

We  arrived in the evening and the lobby looked very nice and promising. When we entered the room we had a big disappointmnet.
It was a very shabby room, the bathroom was in terrible shape, the towels were frayed and the whole experience was unpleasant. Do not go there

A very poor choice

We stopped for a couple of hours to change and sleep for a couple of hours when we moved from Colombo on the route. We arrived at the hotel around 5 a.m. - no one met, we had to call the staff. I think a guard came. The room was wet, the walls were in the mold or in the scary stains. The smell was specific. The air conditioner, fortunately, worked. But the room was uncomfortable. The bathroom was planned strangely - you can barely get to the bathroom. It is so close to the shower room. The canvas for two is 3 pieces. From the bed there was also a very strange feeling - like there was a piece of clothing on the floor.

I wouldn't recommend even a short stop.

This hotel is very near to beach and no frill hotel. Simple hotel with very basic breakfast. We have stayed here for few hours. Hotel is clean. For service it take lot of time. Preparetion of food take lot of time even for basic one.

Economy beach Hotel

3500 for a single room. It includes 2 beds and blasting cold ac. It's great. 

Hot water is iffy. Wifi is too. 
But it is good enough for a 3.5 star. 

The pool is very shallow. Don't dive; you'll break your face. But it's Very clean. Make sure you shower after. 

Service is alright. Front desk is nice. 

Nice place for a decent price. 

We paid 3000 rupees for a night with a fan, cold shower and no mosquito nets. It's expensive for the quality of the room which is really vielliote but clean. We had chosen this place for the pool so we could relax before returning home. The water is super hot and clean. When I see that by booking the price is almost 50th for a room, I'd be disgusted to pay that price for such a room just to have air conditioning and the hot water it's excessive...
