Address to Remember

Me and my family visited this beautiful city for 2 weeks and my mom was thinking of starting her very own restaurant down here, she didn’t doe I just thought she falled in love with the city of Sri Lanka.

This is the new Thailand, because Thailand is dead.
The Sri Lanka people are way to friendly and they help you with everything.

If it’s cheap?

You will catch the best Asian spicy food from lovely cooks for less then €2.
But if you smoke cigarettes you are done because they sell them at the supermarket for “only” €10-15.
Or you can buy them “under the table” at any store for about €8-10.
I also recommend you to visit the turtle park south of Negombo.
They take care of all the turtles that been hurt because of all the light problems.
First I felt bad for the poor turtles but since I spoke to the workers here, they really do care about them and it’s not about the money. Because 90% goes do a turtle foundation.

Lovly

This hotel operates under different names. This post is a misrepresentation. We arrived and were turned away saying it was overbooked (after paying). There was no front desk and the hotel owner would only speak to us over the phone. Terrible experience- avoid.

Fraud/ Scam

Well if your looking for a place to stay, a private place to stay this would be an ok place .. to have a drink and enjoy the night. its with 3 rooms a small garden and a pool to relax you self.... the washrooms could be more improved for the but cant complain as it does have hot water and a shower but bit clean would be awesome ...... you will have to rent a bike or some to go to the beach as it will take you some time to walk from this place as i think .. near to the place was a coffee shop and does have alot of essentials but yet you will have to walk least 1km so best you rent a bike. there is a kitchen and you can make your self a nice meal .. overall cant complain im sure its worth the stay ..... only downfall will be the issue of traveling...good people ( very friendly )

A GOOD PLACE I WOULD SAY

The room: very dark mattresses uncomfortable furniture all damaging Property: window nan let's not even talk finish refreshed pool: sharp tiles and dangerous pickin because when I was there was the lamp in the pool had gone off brave security and wall all around the pool so not too pretty saw the bathroom: acceptable but finish reviewed Home: we were robbed by the owners of personal items because the hotel door was always closed and no possibility of closing the locked room we lost a whole day attacking the taxi that had to happen three hours earlier then I don't give you all the advice not to be open to the public then

Very disappointing.

Apart from the fact that this hotel is very well located in Negombo, we advise you to make your way. The reception is correct. The cleanliness leaves to be desired and above all the condition of the pool... beurk. The filtration pump does not work, the equipment is broken or very dirty. Either saying it is because of the rain. And elsewhere in Sri Lanka it rains and the pools are perfectly clean. The most missed lunch in the whole country. Report quality night price = there is better elsewhere. See Environment at the top in Negombo. We had booked 2 nights to stay and 1 night to return. We booked the return to change accommodation. When we wanted to get our reservation on the booking site of the villa Negombo and the swimming pools are perfectly clean.

Why not another hotel?

A warm, welcoming young couple, beautiful villa well located, close to the beach (5 minutes), swimming pool to relax, cool down. Very quiet place. A pleasant breakfast, and the possibility of dining on site. We let you discover, to recommend.
