Fantastic Hotel, Manager could not do enough for us. Rooms very clean and upto date. Food was excellent, one night the Manager explained to us that his Chef had had go to a family emergency, but he offered to provide us with a typical Sri Lankan meal, which was cooked by himself and the owner, it was truly excellent. Fully recommend this hotel.

Booked here last minute and really happy with how it all worked out. It’s really cheap, there was ac and a fan in the room. 2 mins from the beach etc and an area to sit out.
 The walls are not sound proof, but This didn’t bother us at all.

Wish we had stayed longer

Booked for three nights turned up at hotel at approx 10pm to be told by a security guard that all rooms were already full. This is despite us having paid in FULL prior to the stay. The security guard put me through to the hotel manager, who was extremely rude and told me that Hotels.com were the problem and not the hotel and hung up on me. Our booking was over the new year period, so was extremely difficult finding another hotel at such short notice. I suggest you avoid this place at all costs - they basically took my money without providing a room!! Disgusting!

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

No ac, not an hotel as we stayed 4 nights and they never make up the room. 
Very very very noisy! We didn’t had a full night as other guest made a party in the garden, discuss loudly or put music at 4am... and nobody to tell them to stop, then we had to do it ourselves.
The part in the garden which is for a new building is still in progess...
Breakfast was 5Eur per person but was two fried eggs and toast with a tea. Simple but expensive...!
If we would have been on a guest house we would have chosen a place cheaper than this one!

Not as described 

Very good hotel and excellent price! Hot water, mosquito net, private balcony, clean at the appointment. Ideally located 2 minutes walk from Mirissa beach.

Very good.

Clean and calm rooms very near to the beach (about 2 min walking). Very kind servis. A/C, fan and wi-fi inclouded. We had breakfast on the balcony while there was not restaurant but it did not bother us. We also appreciated helpfull advice from the owner.

Nice and pleasant stay

After lots of disapointing and overpriced hotels in the area we found this pearl. The location is amazing, just near the beach but away from the noisy main road, best wifi I had in Sri Lanka, the owner is very nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean and cozy and in a very reasonable price. Loved this place. 

Great place

We booked a week ago and in the last moment exactly on the day morning when we arriving they call and said that due to a renovation they can not accomodate the guests.
its soo terrible and disgusting experience and i really dont recommend this place and its service.

Totally disgusting

The hotel is very nice, clean, cozy, close to the ocean, the owners are friendly, always helpful and will tell you everything, stayed for two weeks and didn't regret choosing this hotel! I advise) rooms are bright and spacious, we were with friends) everyone rated great) next time you visit Sri Lanka I will stay there again) 😉

I really enjoyed it.

The large rooms on the first floor are perfectly suited for 4 people, there is a huge double and large one-bedroom bed, air conditioning, ventilator and a huge bathroom with modern sanitation and comfortable shower. The green lawn in front of the building and the fact that the hotel area is closed are great for outdoor activities for small children during the day and adult sit-downs in the evening :) Vai is not the fastest though. The staff is very friendly and responsive, the constant administrator Vindy speaks English perfectly and helps us with the organization of our trips within the country.
