What a great place to stay. The host Mr. Wasantha is most kind and heplfull. The Srilankan breakfast was just perfect. 
The location is great too. Close to the center and the beach but quiet enough to get a good sleep. Definitely recomend to stay at least for a week!

Great place

Amazing place with amazing people! Good  location, beautiful house, very comfortable room. It’s clean and handy. Dogs are kind. I felt like at home! I asked to my host to find for me dancing class, I did twice in the local class! Was amazing! Highly recommended!

Amazing!

I really liked the villa itself: the white-snowed-out walls with the gravel facades, the carved wooden furniture, the cozy couches on the terrace. After the depressed five-story, you feel relaxed and comfortable. Going to the beach for 20 to 30 minutes, you can drive to the tuk tuk in 5 minutes. At first I thought it was far away, but when I heard about the tsunami, I decided that it was safer. No tsunami will reach the villa. The happy owners of the villa Vasant and Tsuba will help and tell you everything. And what breakfast they prepare for us - fingers you lick. Craps and squid in their performance taste better than in many local restaurants. 😋

It's a beautiful place.

Everything was great. The host was very hospitable and compelling, the last one is rare in Sri Lanka. We had a great time. A nice porch. A good kitchen. A fast internet is all you need for work and leisure.

We stayed here for 8 beautiful days. It's a very comfortable place to live, away from the beach hustle. Our room was bright and cozy. In the kitchen you can cook something delicious. The house and garden are clean and well taken care of. In the evenings we sat on the porch enjoying hot tea and pleasant company in the evening chill. The owners, Wasanta and Subha are wonderful people. They care about the comfort of the guests and try to make everyone comfortable and pleasant to be in this hospitable house, they will tell and give recommendations if help is needed.

A wonderful place to relax.

A lovely place with wonderful owners. A small cozy villa with a comfortable porch where you can get together with a small warm company for a glass of hot, fresh tasty tea. A wonderful view and tranquility. Vasanta and his wife tried their best to make their stay at their villa memorable, and it was.

The most beautiful villa

We lived in the villa for a month. Before that week we lived in the front row, the kitchen was very good: all the necessary dishes, gas, toaster, blender, electric kettle. So we specifically looked for a house further away from the center. There is a road nearby, but the house is not very loud. We walked to the beach and cafe for 20-30 minutes. For us it was a good opportunity to walk. On the bike or on the bike is a 5 minute drive. We mostly cooked at home, so it was very important for us to eat in the kitchen. The kitchen is very good: all the necessary dishes, gas, toaster, blender, electric kettle. There is a grill, but we didn't need to use it. There was no extra gas. There was no extra gas. We prepared a few cats every day.

We'd come back here again.

The villa is located far away from the hustle and bustle, walking to the beach. The scooter is not more than five minutes away, there is a shop on foot, and during the rest of the day we have been able to stay in 4 places. I can say with absolute certainty that this is the best place for that money! The perfect cleanliness and friendly owner of Vasant are very pleased. You can contact him for any questions, he will be very willing to help, give advice, and just chat with you in your soul))))) There is a clean kitchen with everything you need in the villa. In the yard you want a grill. On the terrace it is very nice to spend the evening.
