It's a amazing experiencing,green environment and can have various types of delicious food  ect...(Elephan rides-wildlife-traditional Sri Lanken music and meny more..
consisting 3 no's of swimming pools. 1 km wider and dividing with two wings
I've not have much words to explain and feel yourselves and try to explain with more words..

Stayed here for one night with a group of friends in July 2015. Excellent value for money...was so cheap and perfect for travellers! We stayed in the treehouse which was amazing  - had so much character! We were lucky enough as well to be joined by about 30+ monkeys in the morning which was spectacular and something I will never forget! Easy to get into town to go for something to eat etc. The owner of the hotel was lovely and clearly wanted to make sure we were okay and everything was fine. Not a bad word to say about this place...even loved the few frogs that joined us in the bathroom!

Thanks for a perfect stay! Would definitely recommend to travellers looking for a cheap and cheerful place to stay!

Not for people looking for luxury!

This has got to be one of the best cheap hotels I've stayed in during my time in Sri Lanka.

I won't lie, on first impressions you will think it's a bit shabby. It is definitely in need of some tlc and a few coats of paint. 

That aside my time here was fantastic. Instead of a small single room I was given a family room all to myself, with 4 double beds to choose from! 

The bathroom although basic, was spacious with a good shower and hot water!!  

I had the pleasure of dining here at least once a day during my stay, and the food was fantastic on all occasions. The food portions were huge, and the prices cheap.

The location of the hotel isn't perfect, it's a bit of a walk outside Dambulla, or a cheap tuk tuk ride if you don't feel like walking. 

The owner here is so kind and caring, a real pleasure to talk to. 

If you are travelling cheap, I can't recommend this place enough!

Perfect for the price! The treehouse is amazing!

for what you pay, it's amazing! 

This is very basic, low quality but very cheap as well. It was rather dirty but in the end acceptable for basic sleep. We've stayed here one night and it would be just a very basic sleep for a extremely low price, if only they wouldn't cheat us. 
The booking was made by Booking.com (with credit card guarantee). When we were leaving we payed by cash (as usually everywhere). After couple of days, when we were far way, they charged my credit card, so I payed twice. I tried to solve this by phone, it took me 5-6 phone calls with different managers, but they didn't give my my money back. 
Be careful they are cheating and double charging for the stay!

Poor quality, far from town and cheating on money!

We stayed there one night in this guest house. It's not the central. one we arrived in the room we noticed immediately how dirty it was , but we decided to stay anyway. I don't no ????????. it is far from town to walk. service is good.
