It's a nice place, the owner's a nice guy, very close to the beautiful beach, near the supermarket, two rooms just for a big family.

The impressions are great.

After we stayed at Wadduwa, we booked this place for one night stay in last March because our next door hotel Walauwa was not available for that night. Photos that they added tell much more before we booked, but after we arrived nothing. This is really like a container box and no any atmosphere because one side is nosy road and everything was blocked by walls. We felt like prisoners because no space and no atmosphere. Also inside the room and bathroom with the air conditioner got unpleasant smell and we got headache. so many ants inside the bathroom and bad smelly. beach is near and breakfast average. Next morning we moved to the next door hotel Walauwa which was beautiful and like a paradise in Sri Lanka for our five nights stay.

A reasonaly price for this "de Luxe double room " should be 15 us dollars. 
But we paid 35 us dollars 
We recomend to go to next door hotel Walauwa which is very nice and cheaper

Very bad

Nice place to stay. Owner is very friendly and like to talk with guests. Rooms are quite big with good AC, tv, and hot water. 3 minutes from beach. There are only two rooms for now but owner told us he is planning to open more. Only minus there are doors between rooms so we heard our neighbours. 

Nice place to stay near the ocean

Kamal is a very pleasant host ready to always make you happy and know his country. Site-friendly room. Excellent, varied lunches and dinners. Excellent guide when you call on him: possibility of renting a scooter! Tres good: ideal location for the beach and not too far away to discover the south: galle, Mirissa, hikadawa, amballangoda... no scooter trouble. Visit the Yalla and Kandy reserve with Kamal. I recommend Kamal villa!

excellent reception

I was there for only one night I wanted to stay 4 nights but then I changed idea. Here the reasons why: first of all the cleaning of the room, there was an excrement on the head of the bed, the light bulb in the bath mirror was missing, the curtain on the window bathroom was missing and people from the opposite flat could see you and then it was full of ants everywhere!!! I attach pictures of the situation. 
Positive things: the guest house is 5 minutes walk from the beach, the kitchen where they prepare breakfast and dinner I suppose is very clean and the waiter who serves breakfast is very kind. T

Bad experience

We were here for two days in January. A big clean room with a big, very clean bathroom. On request, there was a mosquito net. Air conditioning and fan worked well. Only the bed was very crunchy and there was no storage. We had 2x rice and curry with chicken in the villa. It was a little more expensive than anywhere on the street, but still acceptable. It was cooked very well, especially chicken curry, with nice food. Breakfast was fine. Overall a very good stay, on an almost empty beach, about two minutes walk, with great waves. Unfortunately, little shade on the beach.

Clean villa

The location is very good for a quiet rest, 70-100m to a luxurious sandy beach. There is a quiet bay for swimming. There are very few people on the beach, two cafes nearby. The village is a small quiet, quiet without entertainment. Living in a villa is reminiscent of a vacation at a dacha with relatives.

Have a good rest.

Kamal and his family are some of the most supportive and friendliest people I have ever met.  They took me in and gave a very clean triple bed room when I didn't have my U.S. passport, Indian and Sri Lankan visas, money, debit card, and phone; drove me around Colombo two days in a row to get my passport and visas taken care of, took me to a fantastic surfing beach, and took care of me while I sorted things out.
Of course the food is also great and the beach is very beautiful, especially with the boulders and natural pool on one side and miles of open beach on the other.

Thank you for everything

I spent five nights here with a friend. The room is very clean and beautiful. The beach is only a four-minute walk away. The hosts are very nice and work very hard. They cook well and offer you many different excursions. The price is also very fair.
