Please note, check-in times for all apartments are between 14:00 and 18:00. Check-ins after 18:00 are subject to a fee of GBP 30 between 18:00 - 22:00, and GBP 50 for arrivals after 22:00. Please notify the property if you wish to check in later than 18:00.Please note the payment must be from the original card, and the cardholder must be present. If you are not able to provide this, you may be re-charged on a card you do have present upon check-in, and the original payment will be refunded.A security deposit of GB 150 is required before arrival. This deposit is fully refundable within 5 days of departure, and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.Please note the lead guest must be 18 years and older.Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag, or similar parties. Excessive noise is not permitted. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 2 Lant Street, Borough, SE1 1QR London. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
