U slučaju kršenja naredbe, Tajlandski zakon predviđa kaznu do pet godina zatvora i/ili novčanu kaznu do 100 hiljada bahta (oko 3 hiljade američkih dolara).

In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to THB 100,000.00.
