If you are planning to arrive after 9 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Starting January 1, 2025, this property does not provide disposable personal items, such as comb, loofah, shaver, nail file, and shoe mitt.

• Up to 2 children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

Fees

• Fee for continental breakfast: approximately TWD 180 for adults and TWD 120 for children
• Pet deposit: TWD 500 per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Rollaway bed fee: TWD 600.0 per day
