A damage deposit of CHF 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A standard final cleaning is included in the rate. Please leave the apartment tidy as you found it on arrival. If extra cleaning is necessary, a final cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Guests are kindly requested to provide the postal code for the credit card billing address.
