This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. A surcharge of EUR 70 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Bed linen and towels are available at the extra cost of EUR 20 per person per week.
