In compliance with Decree Law 1/2020, of 17 January, against excess tourism (BOIB no. 10 of 23 January 2020), the All Inclusive meal plan includes all meals, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages and three alcoholic drinks at lunch and dinner (with a choice between house wine and beer). All other alcoholic beverages are subject to an additional charge. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note the credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival. Virtual credit card payments will not be accepted All guests, including adults, children and babies, must be included when making the reservation to be shown the right rooms and rates.

A tax is imposed by the local government and will be collected at the property. The tax is reduced by 50% after the 8th night of stay and children under 16 years of age are exempt. A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 30 April, EUR 0.83 per person, per night , up to 9 nights, and EUR 0.41 thereafter. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
