The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is extra charge for late check-in starting from 18:00 as follows: From 18:00 to 21:00 EUR 30; From 21:00 EUR 50. Heating for the swimming pool is available from 1 October to 31 May for an extra fee of EUR 250 per week.
