The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. -A surcharge of 30€ applies for arrivals after 22:00 hours (nightly charge). -A surcharge of 50€ applies for arrivals after 00:00 hours. (charge at dawn). -Please note that the property will require a damage deposit of EUR 500 or more if guests are celebrating hen, stag or similar parties.
