A breakage deposit of between EUR 150.00 is required at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked.

Guests must contact the property minimum 7 days prior check-in in order to arrange check-in and to get check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Cleaning Service:

For stays of more than 7 nights, towels are changed and the apartment cleaned twice a week, and bed linen is changed once a week.

For stays of 7 nights, towels are changed and the apartment cleaned twice a week, and bed linen is provided on arrival day only.

For stays of 4-6 nights, towels are changed and the apartment cleaned once a week, and bed linen is provided on arrival day only.

For stays of less than 4 nights, bed linen is provided on arrival day only, and there are no towels or apartment cleanings during the stay. A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
