Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Villa Neptun in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. Please note that the obligatory daily EUR 21.43 air conditioning cost and/or EUR 30.00 heating cost, are not included in the rate. Air conditioning works from the 13th of June until the 26th of September. Heating works from the 31st of October until the 1st of May. It is possible to rent a high chair and/or a playpen for an additional cost.
