The reception is located in the central office in Salou at Apartments Novelty II C / Berlin, 11 local 1 43840, 3 km from this apartment. Key collection takes place there.

Young people up to 25 years old are required to pay another deposit. It is EUR 150.00 in cash + credit card number.

The pre-authorization will be canceled 24-48 hours after departure, once the apartment has been checked and verified that there are no defects.

Hotel prices do not include room taxes established by local entities.

The reception works from 9:00 till 13:00 and from 17:00 till 20:00 from Mondays to Sundays. Guests should contact in advance if their arrival is later than 20:00. There are some boxes next to the reception door where hotel staff would leave keys and tell the guest the code so that he has access. Guests who have not contacted in advance must collect the keys the next day and the entire stay will be billed.

From Easter to May (included) and in October:

Guests arriving between 20:00 and 22:00 must wait until 22:15 when the night staff arrive. Guests arriving later than 22:15 will be charged a supplement of EUR 25.00.

From June to September (included):

The reception works from 9:00 till 13:00 and from 15:15 till 22:00 from Mondays to Sundays.

Guests arriving later than 22:00 will be charged a supplement of EUR 25.00.
