Guests are kindly requested to collect keys at Avenida Generalitat Valenciana 1 from 16.00 to 19.00, Monday to Friday. On Saturdays, Sundays and National and Local bank holidays, collection hours are from 17.00 to 19.00.

Guests arriving outside reception hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that arrivals outside the normal reception opening times are subject to a surcharge.

Please note that a damage deposit of EUR 150 is required and will be refunded upon check out.

Please note that air conditioning and heating are available at an extra cost of EUR 7 per day. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
