Check-in instructions:

Please note that check-in is done from 15:30. If you arrive before 15:30, you can leave your luggage at the central office located in: Calle Ferran, 11.

The property features an automatic check-in system. Upon arrival at the airport, guests must contact the property by calling the phone numbers listed in the booking confirmation to get the codes needed to enter the apartments.

Group bookings:

For reservations of more than 3 rooms, a prepayment is required: once the reservation has been made, the hotel will contact the customer to agree on the payment method.

Cleaning:

Guests staying for a minimum of 8 nights have one free change of towels and bed linen included halfway through their stay. Extra changes of towels or cleaning services are available for a supplement. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
