A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is extra charge for late check-in starting from 21:00 as follows: From 21:00 to 22:00 - EUR 30. Forbidden to go out on the balcony (interior of the building) after 22h until 8 am. There are neighbours who are disturbed by the noise (not everybody is on holidays) and they will call the police to fine you.
