Special check-in instructions
There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email with instructions for check-in and damage deposit payment 7 days prior to check-in. The damage deposit of EUR 300 is payable by credit card via a secure link and due within 24 hours of receiving the email. Per property policy, groups of guests under 25 years old are not allowed to stay at this property, except for families with children.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the local government and will be collected at the property. The tax is reduced by 50% after the 8th night of stay and children under 16 years of age are exempt. • A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 2.20 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 16 years of age.
