A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 30€ applies for arrivals between 22:00 and 00:00. A surcharge of 50€ applies for arrivals between 00:00 and 02:00. This surcharge has to be paid cash at arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
