Please inform Alicante Central Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, check-in from 20:30 - 22:00 carries an extra cost of EUR 30, from 22:00 - 24:00 at an extra cost of EUR 50, 24:00 and onwards at an extra cost of EUR 70. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that the apartment includes free electricity usage of EUR 100 per month.
