If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance at least 2 days before arrival.

Please note that keys will be collected at the office, located in Plaza de la Señoría Square, 2, Bajos.

Please note, there is a late check-in supplement of EUR 15 if you arrive after 19:00. You must contact Apartamentos Valencia Port Saplaya on the morning of arrival in order to obtain the code for key collection from a safety box located at the apartments.

Please note, there is a late check-out supplement of EUR 40 if you check out between 11.00 and 13:00. Check-out after 13:00 will be subject to the amount of another nights’ stay.

Please note if you check out before 10:00 am please leave the keys in key-drop-box in reception.

Please note, the seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open from the end of June until the start of September.

Cleaning service takes place once a week (for stays over 7 nights).
