Additional Bedding Instructions
- Providing product: bedding set for 1 person
- Extra charge for additional bedding (on-site payment)
- Inform the property for additional bedding before check-in.
All children and infants are considered adults for occupancy purposes.
All special requests are subject to availability.
An additional charge will be required for use of the property facilities such as BBQ, swimming pool, and spa.
Availability of property facilities may be subject to weather conditions or property related circumstances.
Barbecue Facilities Instructions
- Providing products: charcoals, grills, and brazier.
- Charge for usage: price based on 2-4 people/ extra charge for adding one person and charcoals (on-site payment)
- Charge for using brazier/ extra charge for adding firewood (on-site payment)
- Operating hours: 03:00 PM - 24:00 AM
- Barbecue facilities availability may vary depending on site conditions or weather.
- All the guests staying at the property are allowed to use the facility.
- Arisol 5 ho - 8 ho, Airang 1 ho, Airang 2 ho are allowed to use individual Bulmung barbecue facility (staring at fire)
- Individual Bulmung is not allowed except for guests staying rooms with Bulmung facility.
Check-in may be rejected if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.
Companion dogs Instructions
- Extra charge for companion dogs (on-site payment)
- For dogs under 5 kilograms, maximum 3 dogs are allowed to stay per guest.
- Dogs over 10 kilograms are not allowed to stay at the property.
Guests are required to provide a phone number at which property can reach them, when making the reservation.
Guests arriving after 07:00 PM(KST) are required to contact the property directly prior to arrival.

Information on accompanying dogs
- Additional pet fee per pet (paid on-site)
- Conditions for allowing dogs: Up to 3 dogs weighing less than 5 kg are allowed per pet
- Please note that large dogs weighing more than 10kg are not permitted.
- Other pets, such as cats, are not allowed in the room.

Pool Usage Instructions
- Opening period: from May 6, 2023 to September, 2023
- Warm water will be used for pool after September
- Operating hours: 01:00 PM - 07:00 PM
- Guest can use the pool anytime.
- No extra charge for using pool.
- Please pay attention to safety accidents of children.
- Pool availability may vary depending on site conditions or weather.
- Check on the property's website or contact the property to know more about pool availability.
- Jungle gym slide is prepared for the pool.
- No pets are allowed to enter the pool.
Property information will be sent to your registered email upon reservation.
Smoking is prohibited. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.

The minimum age of guests to stay is 19 years if unaccompanied by parents or legal guardians.
