Please note that the correct number of guests must be specified at the time of booking, including children of all ages.

To guarantee early check-in or late check-out, you must book the previous or next day, so guests will have the opportunity to check-in or check-out at a convenient time.

A security deposit is required upon check-in and is returned on the day of departure.

Standard maintenance cleaning after check-out is included in the price of the stay, guests are required to maintain cleanliness, washing dishes and taking out trash are not included in standard cleaning, an additional cost of RUB 1000.00 is paid, also in case of severe contamination requiring enhanced cleaning or the involvement of professional cleaning, payment will be made from security deposit funds.

Bed linen is provided according to the number of main beds. Always provided: bed linen and towels, one large bath per person.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

Reporting documents are provided for seconded employees.

The apartments are not rented out for parties and events.

The choice of floor for accommodation remains at the discretion of the host, and the wishes of the guests are taken into account.
