The guests are obliged to:

- vacate the premises at the end of the rental period, in case of non-payment for accommodation;
- to provide free access to the premises to the Landlord, or to employees of technical services;
- smoking in specially designated places (on the loggia or balcony), for smoking in the apartment, the guest pays the Landlord RUB 2000 RUB for additional sanitary treatment of the premises;
- do not place animals, birds in the room, do not move or rearrange oversized furniture (cabinets, beds, sofas), otherwise a fine of RUB 2000.
Guests are obliged to take out the garbage, eliminate heavy contamination of surfaces, wash the dishes and the stove. In case of non-fulfillment, the Landlord can deduct from RUB 500 for the final cleaning from the deposit. |
