— It is prohibited to live with pets or pets without approval.
— Smoking is prohibited in residential premises.
— It is prohibited to inform the Tenant about identified malfunctions of the property and emergency or emergency situations some time after the discovery of the incident.
For each action there is a fine of RUB 5000.00.
In the event of damage or destruction of the residential premises or the property located in it, the guest is obliged to compensate the Tenant for the damage caused in full based on the submitted supporting documents.
In the case of using a large number of dishes located in the living room, the guest independently brings them to the proper condition in which they were before use, that is, the guest independently washes the used dishes. The cost of the additional service washing dishes is RUB 1000.00.
