-it is forbidden to live with pets or pets without consent;

-smoking is prohibited in the living room;

-it is prohibited to inform the lessor about the identified malfunctions of the property and emergency or emergency situations after a time after the discovery of the fact of the incident.

A fine of RUB 5000.00 is provided for each violation.

In case of damage, destruction of residential premises, property located in it, the guest is obliged to compensate the landlord for the damage caused in full on the basis of the submitted supporting documents.

In the case of using a large number of dishes located in the living room, the guest independently brings them to the proper condition in which they were before use, that is, the guest independently washes the used dishes. The cost of the additional service of dish washing is RUB 1000.00.

Price for extra linen: 1 full set — RUB 1900.00; pillowcase — RUB 200.00; bed sheet — RUB 500.00; duvet cover — RUB 810.00; large towel — RUB 400.00; medium towel — RUB 300.00; small towel — RUB 200.00; kitchen towel — RUB 100.00.

In case of damage or loss of linen, a fee is charged in the amount of: 1 full set — RUB 3500.00; pillowcase — RUB 350.00, bed sheet — RUB 1500.00; duvet cover — RUB 2000.00; large towel — RUB 650.00; medium towel — RUB 450.00; small towel — RUB 350.00; kitchen towel - RUB 150.00.

Russian citizens: Adults (aged 14 and over) must present a valid internal passport at check-in (international Russian passports and driver's licenses are not accepted). Birth certificates must be presented for all Russian children (aged under 14) at check-in. If a Russian relative or legal guardian (rather than a parent) is traveling in Russia with a child under 14, that relative or legal guardian is also required to present documentation certifying authority to accompany child at check-in. Foreign citizens: Adults and children must present a valid passport, visa, and migration card at check-in.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.
