For children under 14, a birth certificate is required. For the settlement of minor children without parents, it is necessary to present a notarized power of attorney (for children under 14 years of age, the power of attorney must be for the accompanying person, for children over 14 years of age, the power of attorney can be issued for the child).

The guest's credit card details will be shared with the hotel as a guarantee of the booking. The hotel may charge the card in the event of a guest's no-show or late cancellation, and may pre-authorise a credit card prior to guest check-in.

All children under 5 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

The cost of renting a baby cot for a child from 0 to 5 years old is RUB 800.00 per day.

Placement of a child aged 6 to 12 years is possible on an extra bed and is paid according to the cost of a child's seat at the current price list.

Accommodation with animals is not possible in all rooms and only by prior agreement with the hotel. Only dogs are allowed.

Supplement for staying with a dog: RUB 1000.00 per day for a pocket dog (up to 30 cm at the withers); RUB 1400.00 per day for a large dog (from 30 to 60 cm at the withers) and a deposit of RUB 5000.00 (paid in cash). Accommodation with dogs from 60 cm at the withers is considered individually by the hotel administration.

— transfer from the Ozerki metro station to the hotel and back.

— 20% discount on individual saunas, barbecue pavilions and a summer barbecue area.

— Use of a platform with tables Starry Sky with the possibility of renting a barbecue.

Access to the swimming pool is by appointment. The swimming pool is located in building 1 of the hotel.

Foreign citizens are charged for the services of preparing documents for migration registration in the amount of RUB 300.00 for the entire period of stay per person.

All room categories include access to the swimming pool. The working hours of the sports complex are from 07:00 AM to 09:45 PM.
